Our flight was delayed over 5 hours and then after the delay we were allowed to board only to be told several minutes later after taking our seats that the flight was cancelled due to a contract in which the crew could not work over their scheduled hours, next flight didn't leave till 2 days and we missed a family wedding. After lodging a complaint and waiting over 6 weeks we only received an apology from the airline and that is all.

We were at the airport nearly 10 hours, we were offered some snacks halfway through and that's all, no agent at the gates, no information, just sitting and waiting for basically nothing. Terrible airline with an even more worse customer service options.

I didn't like: Does not keep on schedule, Poor customer service, No solution to my complaint, Airline does not care about my inconvenience.
